OUTPATIENT ADULT PSYCHIATRY

District Medical Group, Inc., (DMG), a large multi-specialty faculty practice group,is seeking an outpatient Attending Psychiatrist for our adult Mesa Behavioral Health Specialty Clinic (MBHSC). We are looking for a full-time psychiatrist to serve as lead for the outpatient team serving people with serious mental illness insurance benefits in Mesa, Arizona. It’s a brand-new building that also serves an ACT team (Assertive Community Treatment) and is on the same grounds as one of our inpatient hospitals.

District Medical Group, Inc., (DMG), a large multi-specialty faculty practice group is seeking an outpatient Attending Psychiatrist for our First Episode Center Mesa (FEC). We are looking for a full-time psychiatrist to serve as lead for an outpatient team serving young people (typically 18-25 years old) with their first episode of psychosis in Mesa, Arizona. The position is open to either Adult Psychiatrists or CAP-trained Psychiatrists.

Inpatient ADULT PSYCHIATRY

District Medical Group, Inc., (DMG), a large multi-specialty faculty practice group is seeking an inpatient Attending Psychiatrist for our adult inpatient program at Valleywise Behavioral Health Center in Mesa, Arizona. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with hospitalized, seriously mentally ill patients. Caseload is 9-10 patients, with an average length of stay of 22 days; most patients are involuntary. This position includes faculty appointment (for eligible candidates) to the Creighton School of Medicine in Phoenix and the University of Arizona College Of Medicine – Phoenix and involvement in resident and medical student education.

District Medical Group, Inc., (DMG), a large multi-specialty faculty practice group is seeking an inpatient Attending Psychiatrist for our adult inpatient program to staff Valleywise Behavioral Health Center, Maryvale. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with hospitalized, seriously mentally ill patients. Caseload is 10-11 patients and duties include collaboration with a psychiatric nurse practitioner and teaching of rotating medical students, with faculty appointment available to the Creighton University School of Medicine in Phoenix.
