Education Committee

Committee Chair: Nicholas Ahrendt, MD

Our Approach

The Education Committee plays a key role in organizing and planning educational events, with a primary emphasis on the Arizona Psychiatric Society's annual scientific session. The committee collaborates with other professional organizations, such as the Arizona Society for Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, to create educational activities aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and professional development of psychiatric physicians. These efforts are designed to improve the quality of care provided to patients, support professional growth, and strengthen relationships within the psychiatric community.
