Enjoy recreational activities in the yearlong sunshine afforded by beautiful Phoenix, AZ. Market demand creates our immediate need for an adult psychiatrist in our 100-bed Behavioral health Center located on the campus of the St. Lukes Medical Center, 250-bed full service hospital and clinic.
the Psychiatrist is expected to carry an inpatient caseload of at least 12 patients and accept up to 5 new inpatient admissions per day. The Psychiatrist will provide consultation services as requested in the BHC, as well as in the Medical Center.
The BHC array of therepeutic services includes: Individual, Group and Family Therapy, Activity Therapy, Milieu Therapy, Patient and Family Education, Nursing Services, Psychopharmacological Intervention, Patient-Specific Counseling, Family Support Groups, Comprehensive Discharge Planning, and Academic Services.
